At our Flagship store in Toronto we’re currently seeking a candidate with the right stuff to join our leadership team and drive our sales force as we continue to nurture and grow our customer base. A big-picture thinker who is comfortable with both leadership and management. Someone who understands that everything begins and ends with the customer experience. A strong leader with a proven ability to drive results and knows how to inspire a high-performing team of very knowledgeable people. Who gets excited about managing business processes, optimizing performance and planning for the future. Who will you work with?
You will join a team of entrepreneurial and collaborative self-starters. Being part of our Flagship Location will avail you direct access to product managers, our entire purchasing team, merchandising, HR and the head office executive team who are all here to help you on the path to success. You will also have access to our in-house marketing and IT professionals who are dedicated to providing best-in-class services to support the sales management team.
What will you do?
As a retail champion of customer experience, sales and profitability at our Toronto location, your primary responsibility will be to deliver on established operating budgets, store targets and goals. You will also take a leadership role as a coach, trainer and mentor with direct participation in the hiring of all retail store employees. You will inspire a positive attitude, build morale and foster teamwork among personnel, as well as ensuring that staff are always on top of the latest sales, industry and product knowledge. You will also focus your team on customer retention, outreach and timely management of their sales pipelines.
You will also ensure that employee behavior aligns with Vistek LTD's values and that our customer service and satisfaction are always maintained to the highest standards.
